It's simple!  Form a group of friends who really care about each other.  Then download CheckInOK to each friend's phone and enter your friends' phone numbers and the times you want to be reminded to check in and check on your friends.  That's it!  CheckInOK will alert you via notifications and will lead you through the process.  If a friend hasn't checked in yet, you can text or call them from the app.
